This work package will ensure successful implementation of the project (financial, administrative and technical management of the project)
Work package No 2: Quality Management

Duration: 24 months
This work package comprises the project quality plan and evaluation methodology necessary to ensure that the outputs and impact of the project are realised.
Work package No 3: Configuration Management
Time frame: January 2011 – May 2011
Duration: 5 months
This work package will establish control mechanism and a common archiving procedure for the project.
Work package No 4: Skill Set Design
Time frame: March 2011 – August 2011
Duration: 6 months
This work package will take findings from the research activity and utilise them in the development of very specific outcome -International Development Skill Set
Work package No 5: AID Training Material
Time frame: March 2011 – October 2011
Duration: 8 months
The aim of this work package is to develop basic training material for the AID training courses
Work package No 6: AID Online Course and Self-Assessment
Time frame: November 2011 – April 2012
Duration: 5 months
This work package will configure the European Certification and Qualification (ECQA) portal with the AID skill set and courses to offer online self-assessment services as well as to include AID course materials into the online learning Platform.
Work package No 7: Certification and Examination
Time frame: January 2012 – December 2012
Duration: 12 months
The aim of this work package is to establish certification and examination procedures that meet the requirements and rules of the ECQA. The AID certificates will be entered in the Europe wide certificate scheme so that the project will align with wider EU strategies.
Work package No 8: Dissemination
Timeframe: November 2011 – December 2012
Duration: 14 months
The aim of this work package is to broadly disseminate the project and its outcomes to relevant target groups and stakeholders.
Work package No 9: Training & Exploitation
Time frame: February 2012 – December 2012
Duration: 11 months
This work package will result in training course and certification for 60 students and 10 trainers in the UK, Spain and Bulgaria. Exploitation activities will begin once project results become available.
